We want you to love your Peloton apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place your unwashed and unworn apparel into the original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UK drop-off point and keep your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
